General information about ADTC-625DS Diezoresistive Silicon Intelligent Circuit Board
ADTC-625DS Diezoresistive Silicon Intelligent Circuit Board replaced the original 4~20mA analog board. With the main body of Microcontrollers CPU, ADTC-625DS is capable to do logical operation and programming. It combines analog and digital circuit in one machine, so is able to output analog signal as well as digital signal. Parameters configuration and compensation of transmitters can be done by buttons on LCD module and internal debugging program. ADTC-625DS supports standard diffused silicon, strain gauge,piezoresistive ceramic pressure sensors. It is suited for ADTC-625DShousing.
Features:
1.Two wires working mode provides sensors with two exciting ways – constant current and constant voltage.
2. Calibrating as per full scale realizes bulk production
3.Easy to do temperature compensation, under -20~70℃ the complete machine accuracy better than 0.5% (including accuracy of sensors)
4.Three points calibrating, complete machine accuracy better than 0.2%. Multi-point calibrating is available as required.
5.AD accuracy > 20 bits, DA accuracy > 16 bits;
6.span can be changed on-site by LCD module buttons without standard pressure source
7.Small signal wiping off and reset function
8.LCD head is available to use once connected with sensor, free from calibration. And the head is dismountable, customers could equip LCD indicator or not.
